Byatt’s was introduced to Love Finance early this year, they wanted to release cash tied up in their assets (i.e their brewery equipment). Refinancing would allow for a new on-site bar including a unique steel mezzanine feature. Building the bar would allow for them to create more revenue, add a new dimension to the brewing experience and diversify Lee and Shelley’s business.
This refinance freed up Byatt’s to get back on track and ensure their brewery’s completion on time so that Lee and his team could keep producing the highest quality beers in time for the bar's reopening.
